The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, section nine, line five, after the word “authorized” by inserting the following “Provided, however, That this section only applies to permit or license holders in good standing with the commission: Provided, further, That the permit or license holder shall file an annual report to the commission if required.”
